We have been a real estate team in the Seattle area since July of 2005.  Both of us came to real estate from the financial sector.  We have experience in all aspects of the real estate transaction, including financing, appraisal, inspection, and escrow. In addition to this experience, we also have many contacts in each of these real estate transaction areas.

 How do we work together? Well - we have a lot in common including our dedicated work ethic.  When you work with us you get two agents for the price of one. As a team we are both equally available to and responsible for our clients needs and wants.

 Why do we work together? Well - we are both mommies, each with two kids.  As our families grew we realized that we wanted to be available to our children while contributing to the household as well. Being Virgos we found it difficult to replace our professional lives with full time motherhood.  We needed to have a balance of work and home life and real estate allows us to have just that.  With a partner, we can go to the doctor appointments, school events, and stay home for sick kids without worrying about how the work is going to get done! It is like having a built in assistant to take care of your business while you care for your family. Luckily for us, we are so alike that we don’t have to worry that the will be done or that it will be done correctly! Plus - in this world of web-based software, we can do a lot of work from home. So if you think you hear a child’s laugh (or cry) in the background of a phone call - it really is just that.   The bottom line is - working as a team ensures our clients that one of us will always be available to find you your dream home!
